Tips To Relieve Acidity 

1. Boil a teaspoon of cumin seeds or jeera in some water. Sipping this water will provide relief.
2. Drink a glass of freshly prepared pineapple juice after meals. This acts as a tonic for digestive system.
3. Buttermilk with sprinkled cumin and black pepper powder helps in digestion and prevention on acidity.
4. A glass of cold milk is a good option for relief from acidity and heart burn.
5. Chewing on a clove will help.
6. The juice of gooseberry or bitter gourd is great for digestion and excellent remedy for acidity.
7. Drink loads of water. This aids digestion and helps flush out the toxins from the body.
8. Foods containing vitamins like B & E (sprouts, Green leafy vegetables) help in flushing out the acids from the stomach.
9. Fresh cucumber juice provides relief from heartburn, acidity & gastric.
