1. Green Apples are a great source of dietary fiber which helps in improving digestion.
2. Papaya is the only natural source of papain which helps break down proteins and clear the digestive track.
3. Have coriander juice daily. It not only aids in digestion, but also helps settle the stomach and prevent flatulence.
4. Drinking hot water regularly strengthens digestive power. 
5. Thymol & Carvacol which is present in oregano is beneficial ti helping digestion..Add  2 drops of oregano oil to glass of water & drink it for seeking quick relief.
