Benefits Of Oregano
1. Fresh leaves are good source of maganese, iron, vit A , omega 3 fatty acids.
2. Consuming Oregano on regular basis improves immune system.
3. Thymol & Carvacol which is present in oregano is beneficial in helping digestion & treating stomach upsets. Add 2 drops of oregano oil to glass of water & drink it for seeking quick relief.
4. Oregano has anti oxidants that help to prevent formation of free radicals in the body.
5. Oregano is know to relieve menstrual cramps. Chew a few leaves thrice a day for relief.
