Tips To Sooth Menstrual Cramps
1. To sooth menstrual cramps, peel and cut cucumber into slices. Boil in water for 10 Min's and drink solution between meals.
2. Pound a piece of fresh ginger and boil it in a cup of water for few min's. Add sugar and drink this 3 times a day to ease cramp's.
3. Oregano is know to relieve menstrual cramps. Chew a few leaves thrice a day for relief.

i will one my fav..boil some ajwain in water and filter itadd salt and sip slowly..it really helps.
